  • The property benefits from very good visibility from the adjacent Will Clayton Parkway and is located only three miles from Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

  • After reaching a record 48.4 million passengers in 2024, IAH maintained near-record traffic in 2025 at approximately 48 million passengers, reflecting sustained travel demand and continued strength at United Airlines’ largest hub.
